  • Take fresh pineapples, peal out its skin, and cut into a star shape.
  • Sprinkle some chaat masala and icing sugar on top of those pieces.

Pineapple smoothie

  • ½ cup Pineapples
  • Half cup coconut milk / regular milk
  • ¼ cup yogurt
  • 3-4 ice cubes
  • 2 tbs honey/sugar
  • Put everything in a grinder and mix well. Now put ice-cubes and serve chilled.

Grilled pineapple sundae

  • 4 pineapple slices
  • Ice-cream
  • Caramel
  • ½ cup Shredded coconut

  • Grill pineapple slices till a nice brown color appear on both sides
  • Put 1 scoop of ice-cream on top of grilled pineapple slices
  • Pour some caramel on top followed by shredded coconut.

It is considered a safe fruit to eat but due to its high source of manganese, vitamin C, and dietary fiber it can cause some stomach related problems like gas trouble, acidity, cold or upset stomach, diarrhea, excess menstrual flow, nausea, skin rash, and vomiting only if eaten too much.
