How to use giloy in dengue fever, viral fever or to cure weakness

If you are suffering from any type of fever then take 2-3 3” long pieces of Giloy cut it into 2 halves and soak it in water for a night, all the juice and nutrients of it will transfer in that water hence making those pieces soft to chew. Drink that water and chew the soaked pieces till the outer covering is visible from inside, it takes a little bit of your time but it will give you strength and cure your fever very soon, repeat the process till you are healed completely.

Also if you find any symptoms of fever, cold, dengue or swine flu, or you feel weak you can repeat this process and you will see your body will start making RBC, WBC, and Platelets which will fight against all the dengue and fever-causing bacteria.

How to use giloy as a tonic

Now a day’s people are getting so busy in their schedule that they don’t get time for themselves but it does not mean you will lack in your health. So if you don’t have time to sit and eat it we completely understand your problems, so we have found another alternative for you to add Giloy in your diet.

It will take one Sunday from you but then you will just have to eat and run it will save your morning time so all you have to do is take pieces of it as many as you want to remove the hard outer skin of it and boil it in lots of water. Boil until the mixture becomes thick and every piece gets diluted. Once the mixture becomes thick leave till the temperature cools down after it makes small balls of it and store. Giloy is not to be given to people who eat medicines od diabetes it can lower your sugar to a dangerously low level, eat only after consulting your doctor also giloy is not consumed by pregnant women or to those women who feed their milk to their children as it is not meant for children below 5 years.

Giloy is a wonderful and miraculous herb if eaten with care and your doctor’s prescription. You can grow it in your home it is easy to grow also it doesn’t need much care. It is the herb that gives more and asks less.
