Garlic contains allicin which is a strong sulfur agent. It is also a potent antioxidant antibiotic and antifungal agent which helps detoxify our liver and removes all the impurity which can cause harm to our liver.

Lowers cholesterol 

Cholesterol not only causes harm to our heart but I can also damage our liver. To control our cholesterol level fresh garlic extract help a lot.

  • Papaya

Papaya seeds and papaya fruit both are very effective in treating fatty liver and other liver problems. Take 5-6 papaya seeds and grind them properly and take on a daily basis for 30 days you will see a positive change in your health.

Turmeric added in your diet will help you control your liver problems. Take one pinch of turmeric to water and boil it. Turmeric is an excellent antibiotic and antioxidant agent which will help cure fatty liver. But remember do not overeat of turmeric it can have many side effects to your body.

  • Lemon

Lemon known for its high dose of vitamin C and antioxidant properties is one of the best sources to get a healthy liver. It helps the liver to produce an enzyme which is essential to remove all the unwanted toxins from your liver, thus making it healthy and fit.
