With growing, time people are using more and more land for construction which has left us with barely any land for developing our greenery and ecosystem. So in this situation what’s better than having a home garden? Garden is something that brings life to our house. Without a garden, our house is just a building made up of some bricks and concrete. Flowers of these plants which make our home a home and a beautiful place to spend our lives in. Plants not only provide beauty and life to our homes but it also brings health, not only this it gives us one of the most important elements of living i.e. “Oxygen”, without which we cannot think of our survival and that is something money can’t buy us.

So having a garden in our homes is nice it brings beauty to our homes, but what if, it brings good health to our body also. You can add this beautiful flower to your diet by extracting its oil and by making carnation tea with dried carnation flower powder. It contains anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, antispasmodic, antibacterial and antimicrobial properties which treat cold, boosts immunity, fights anxiety aids better digestion, motion sickness, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting and other stomach related problems.

It can be added up to your diet by boiling these flowers in water and drinking its water. You can also extract its oil and apply it on your skin and hair for skin and hair benefits.
