Bok Choy
This is a Chinese cabbage with green leaf blades and lighter bulbous bottoms, making a cluster reminiscent of mustard greens. It is also known as Pak choi or Pok Choi. Bok choy is also known as white cabbage but it should not be confused with the Napa cabbage which is also a type of Chinese cabbage.
There are different varieties of white cabbage-like- F1 Hybrid Sweet Bok Choy, F1 Hybrid Dwarf Bok Choy, Dwarf Bok Choy, Tall Bok Choy, Extra Dwarf Bok Choy, and Taiwan Bok Choy, and many more.
It is a good source of vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin B9, vitamin B6, and vitamin K and also potassium and calcium.
